影响我国金融生态的制度因素有:信用制度不完善,产权制度存在缺陷,法律制度不健全,委托代理机制不完善,强制性制度变迁方式不尽合理。优化我国金融生态的制度路径主要应该完善产权制度,健全相关法律制度,发挥金融主体的能动性,把诱致性变迁与强制性变迁结合起来。
