摘要
选取207名新入职的中小学教师,通过对偶比较法,探讨新入职教师的工作价值观。结果发现新入职教师在选取职业时,总体上最看重的是对工作的兴趣、工作的稳定性和帮助他人。其中男教师最看重的是对工作的兴趣、帮助他人和工作的多样性;女教师最看重的是对工作的兴趣、工作的稳定性和帮助他人。想当教师的人最看重的是工作的兴趣、工作的稳定性和帮助他人;不想当教师的人最看重的是对工作的兴趣、休闲和高收入。
For evaluating teacher work values, the method of paired comparison was administrated to 217 beginning teach- ers from primary schools and middle schools. The results indicated that the beginning teachers highly valued interest, stability and help others while they chose the job. Gender difference was found while comprising the first three work values. Male teachers highly valued interest, help others and multiformity, but female teachers' first three choice were interest, stability and help others. Work preference was found while comprising the first three work values, teachers who wanted to be a teacher, highly valued interest, stability and help others, but teachers who didn't want to be a teacher highly valued interest, relaxation and high salary.
