摘要
课程改革作为社会关注的热点,不同视角有不同的研究结论,课改实验区骨干教师们的切身体会无疑是其中最值得关注的。本研究通过对第一批课改实验区219名物理骨干教师调查和访谈,从骨干教师的特殊视角审视物理新课程改革的实施现状。研究涉及对新课程的体会和认识,对课标以及试验教材的评价、对课改实施遇到困难和自身不足的反思以及对培训需求等多方面。
As the focus of the whole society, the New Curriculum Reform has different research conclusions with different viewpoints. Among these, the personal cognition of key teachers in experimental sections is undoubtedly worthy to pay attention. The research is based on the investigation of 219 physics key teachers in 4 experiment sections of the New Curriculum Reform. From the special viewpoint of key teachers, we can look closely at the present situation of the New Curriculum Reform. The research is concerned with knowledge and the cognitions of key teachers for the New Curriculum Reform, comments and views about the teaching materials, the present situations, the interests of the students, as well as the demands of teacher in-service training.
