建设大小兴安岭矿业经济区的可行性研究

Feasibility Study on Establishing Economic Zone of Mining Indusdry in Daxinanling and Xiaoxinanling Region of Province Heilongjiang

黑龙江省大小兴安岭地区蕴藏着丰富的矿产资源,建设大小兴安岭矿业经济区有很多有利条件,且对黑龙江省经济、社会发展具有重大意义。建设大小兴安岭矿业经济区应采取做好可行性研究、编制开发利用规划,加快基础设施建设,走新型矿区建设道路、发展循环经济,加大资源潜力评价和矿产勘查投入力度等项措施。

Daxinanling and Xiaoxinanling region in province Heilongjiang is rich with mineral resources. Establishing economic zone of mining indusdry in Daxinanling and Xiaoxinanling region has many favourable conditions. Furthermore it is significant for economic and social development. In order to establish economic zone of mining indusdry in Daxinanling and Xiaoxinanling region, we should take next measures: make a good feasibility study, draw up the plan of mineral resource exploitation and utilization, quicken infrastructure construction, develop cyclic economy, strengthen the evaluation on mineral resouce potential and increase investment to geological prospecting etc.
