52株甲型副伤寒杆菌对9种抗生素的药敏分析

An analysis of sensitivity of S.paratyphi A to 9 antibiotics in 52 cases

目的:了解本地区儿童甲型副伤寒杆菌药敏率,指导抗菌药物合理应用。方法:对经血培养检出的52株甲型副伤寒杆菌进行药敏试验并结合临床进行分析。结果:头孢噻肟、头孢哌酮、复方新诺明、哌拉西林的药物敏感率分别为93.27%、91.35%、88.47%、88.47%。结论:第三代头孢菌素、哌拉西林及复方新诺明治疗儿童甲型副伤寒有效、安全、经济。

Objective ：To understand medicine sensitive rate of S. paratyphi A among native children and offer a guidance of reasonable application of antibiotics. Methods：A combined clinical analysis was carried out. Results：The sensitive rates of cefotaxim, cefoperazone, sulfamethoxazole trimethoprim, piperacillin were 93.27%, 91.35%, 88.47%, 88.47%, respectively. Conclusions：The third-generation cephalosporins, piperacillin and sulfamethoxazole trimethoprim were valid, safe and economic in treatment of children with paratyphoid A.
