摘要
本试验用装有永久性瘤胃瘘管、十二指肠近端T型瘘管的3只湖羊(35±5)kg作为试验动物,按3×3拉丁方试验设计方案,研究了日粮蛋白质水平分别为8.4%(A)、11.2%(B)、14.0%(C)时对湖羊瘤胃和十二指肠pH值、氨态氮、尿素氮浓度的影响。结果表明:①瘤胃pH为6.31~6.43,各组间差异不显著(P〉0.05);十二指肠pH为2.64~2.70,各组间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。②瘤胃氨态氮浓度(3.24~11.99)mg/100mL,C组极显著高于A、B组,B组极显著高于A组(P〈0.01);十二指肠氨态氮浓度(3.01~7.88)mg/100mL,C组极显著高于A、B组,B组极显著高于A组(P〈0.01)。③瘤胃尿素氮浓度(13.81~17.51)mg/100mL,C组极显著高于A、B组(P〈0.01),B组显著高于A组(P〈0.05);十二指肠尿素氮浓度(4.1~5.91)mg/100mL,B、C组极显著高于A组(P〈0.01),B组与C组差异不显著(P〉0.05)。
Three Hu sheep (35 ± 5) kg fitted with permanent ruminal cannulas, proximal duodenal T-shaped cannulas were used to investigate the effects of three different dietary protein levels on pH, NH3-N and Urea-N in gastrointestinal tract. The method of 3 × 3 Latin squaredesign was applied with three treatments for CP concentration in diets as 8.4% (A), 11.2% (B) and 14. 0% (C), respectively. The result showed : ①Average pH values in rumen and duodenum varied between 6. 31 - 6.43 and 2. 64 - 2.70, respectively, and the different level of CP in diet had no significant effects on the gastrointestinal pH. ②The content of NH3-N both in Rumen and duodenum changed between (3.24 - 11.99) mg/100 mL and (3.01-7.88) mg/100 mL respectively, and the concentration of NH3-N in gastrointestinal tract in C group was higher than A and B groups, while A group was lowest (P 〈 0. 01 ). ③Ruminal Urea-N ranged between ( 13.81 - 17.51 ) mg/ 100 mL, the concentration of Urea-N in C group was highest, lowest in A and middle in B. Duodenal Urea-N was (4. 1 - 5.91 ) mg/100 mL, the concentration of Urea-N in B and C groups were extremely higher than that in A (P 〈0. 01 ), but no significant effect occurred between B and C groups (P 〉 0. 05 ).
