This paper introduces some key problems of data entry, maintenance and E-book correlation in the creation of the course reference book database based on MELINETS system, points out the shortages existing in the sub-modules of the course reference book database based on MELINETS, and advances some corresponding suggestions on perfecting the functions of MELINETS system.
