摘要
主蒸汽运行参数偏差,会使得汽轮机膨胀过程线发生变化,从而对机组热经济性产生很大的影响。本文重点介绍了汽轮机热力系统简化的变工况计算方法和热力学法,对凝汽机组主蒸汽参数进行耗差分析。在应用实例中,将这两种方法分别与特性曲线法和特性试验法进行了比较,计算结果表明这两种方法都具有一定的可行性。并且,可以利用热力系统简化变工况计算方法来修正汽轮机特性曲线。
The deviation of main steam parameter will change the turbine expansion line, which has a great influence on heat economy of unit. The two calculation methods, such as simplified variable condition method and thermodynamics method, are introduced chiefly in the paper, and used to analyze energy-loss of main steam parameter for condensing steam turbine. As compared with characteristic curve and characteristic test, the two methods discussed in the paper are proved to be feasible in application. Moreover, the calculation method of the simplified variable condition shall be used to correct the turbine characteristic curve.
