鉴于当前时期我国高速公路工程建设的实际情况,对高速公路工程项目招投标中常用的最低评标价法的基本方法、缺陷和发展趋势进行简要分析,并阐述进一步推广使用最低评标价法的必要性、科学性、合理性,最终基于招投标工作的实际经验而提出我国推广使用最低评标价法需要改进方面的一些合理化建议,对于该方法的推广具有积极的意义。

In allusion to the current condition makes a brief introduction of the basic method, evaluation method taken of highway engineering construction in China, the paper defects and development tendency of the lowest bid highway engineering tendering and bidding, furthermore, expounds the necessity, science nature and rationality of popularizing the application of the lowest bid evaluation method. At last, the rational improvement suggestion concerning the popularization of the method based on the experience of tendering and bidding, is of positive significance to its popularization.
