台风名字不是一类新生词语,而是一类特殊的借用词语;台风命名具有独特的语言视角和文化因素。通过对台风委员会通过使用的112个台风名字和2006年我国评选出的20个台风候选名字的多角度深入分析,揭示语言发展变化运动、气候地理环境及多重民族文化因素对台风命名这一特定语言文化现象的深远影响。

Names of typhoon do not belong to a type of newly created words,they are peculiar neologies which borrow from diffterent common words.Special angle views and cultural factors always showed in the naming of typhoon.By deeply analyzing a whole number of 112 typhoon names which passed by Typhoon Council and 20 names choosed through public appraisal in China in 2006,we may know well about how the naming of typhoon is far-reaching affected with the developing and variational of language,different climates and geographical environments,multioly national culture factors and so on.
