摘要
将沥青路面刨除料进行回收沥青实验分析和回收集料筛分析,并在旧沥青中添加新沥青和再生剂得到再生沥青,其目标粘度为120 Pa.s。再生沥青混合料配比设计实验是沥青刨除料的添加量为40%,再拌入新集料、新沥青和再生剂,进行热搅拌得到再生沥青混合料。再生沥青混合料含油量取当地经验值4.8%(对混合料)。再生沥青混合料的马歇尔配比设计实验结果表明,再生沥青混凝土马歇尔稳定值均大于8.2 kN,马歇尔实验的其他参数值均满足规范要求。
Experimental analysis of recovered asphalt and sieve analysis of recovered aggregates were carried out for recovered asphalt pavements. The new asphalt and the rejuvenator were added into old asphalt, and the object viscosity of recycled asphalt is about 120 Pa·s. In the test of pavement design with hot recycled asphalt mixes, the content of recovered asphalt pavement is 40%, and the recovered asphalt pavement was added in new aggregates, new asphalt and rejuvenator. They were mixed in the certain temperature at central plant. The oil content of recycled asphalt mixes is the local experience value of 4.8% ( to mixes). The Marshall test results show that the Marshall stability of the recycled asphalt mixes is larger than 8.2 kN and the other parameters of Marshall tests are satisfied to specification request.
