摘要
我国房地产业已经成为国民经济的支柱产业,但是否成为某个具体城市的支柱产业还值得研究。从长三角地区来看,根据房地产业增加值占GDP的比例这一代表性的指标判断,不少城市房地产业已经步入支柱产业的门槛,但仍有部分城市尚未达到这一程度。由于宏观经济形势不断向好,以及城市化程度的提高,房地产业能够成为长三角各城市的支柱产业,但还需正确认识房地产业支柱产业地位,通过采取发展存量房市场和房地产中介服务等措施,促进房地产市场健康发展。
Real estate industry has become the pillar industry of China's economy, but further research should be conducted to see whether it has become the pillar industry of a certain city. If taking the Yangtze River Delta as an example, judging from the proportion of the added value of real estate to GDP, we may find that real estate has become the pillar industry in many cities. However, there are still some cities that have not reached the standard proportion. Along with the booming macro-economy and the promotion of urbanization, real estate industry can be able to become pillar industry of the Yangtze River Deha. But some measures should be taken to promote the healthy development of real estate.
