临床路径作为一种医院医疗质量管理方法已在国内各大医院逐步开展，但目前它的实施主要在患者住院期间，将临床路径介入到院外延续护理，收效显著，进一步提高了病人满意度，节约了医疗资源，使床位周转率进入了良性循环。

Clinical pathway, as a manage way of medical quality in the hospital, has been developed in the domestic hospital, but at present it has been mostly put in practice in the period of hospital. Now we lead clinical pathway into continuous nurse outward of hospital, which enhances the degree of patient satisfaction, saves the medical resources of hospital and makes the circulation rate of bed into benign circle.
