摘要
国有企业改革是社会转型过程中最典型的制度转型。由于正式制度与非正式制度之间存在变化速度、可移植性、功能和机制上的差异,二者之间相容性与不相容性同时存在,在社会转型过程中就会产生矛盾和冲突。制度冲突(不相容性)导致的张力必然会对个体行为产生影响,反过来个体行为也会影响到制度冲突。
The reform of state-owned enterprise is the most typical institutional change in the process of social transformation. There are so many differences in changing speed, portability function and mechanism between formal and informal institutions, therefore, during the transformation of the society, there is institutional conflict aruound us. The tensility of this conflict will make effect on the behavior of individual, which will also plays an adverse role on institutional conflict.
