摘要
针对菏泽发电厂2号锅炉低温段下级管式空气预热器腐蚀、堵灰以及漏风严重导致锅炉处于不经济和限出力运行的问题,对空气预热器的腐蚀和堵灰进行了分析。通过严格控制排烟温度,采用镍基渗层钎焊螺旋翅片管的热管空气预热器替换原低温段下级管式空气预热器,并进行了测试和观察。结果表明:低温段下级热管空气预热器运行情况良好、性能稳定,未发生堵灰、腐蚀、磨损、漏风现象,同时减少了送、引风机厂用电率,提高了锅炉效率。
In view of the problems in low-level heat pipe air preheat for No. 2 Boiler of Heze Power Plant, such as uneconomic operation and limited output, the corrosion and ash blockage in air preheater were analyzed. The temperature of exhaust gas was strictly.controlled and the original air heater was replaced by the brazing osmosis layer spiral finned tube economizer. The test results indicate that the retrofitted air preheater is in healthy and stable operation without any ash blockage, corrosion, erosion and air leakage problems. In addition, the self-service power consumption for FD and ID fans has been reduced and the boiler efficiency has been increased.
