试验研究了草莓组培工厂化育苗大规模生产技术,苗木生产主要采用热处理脱毒、试管增殖、田间扩繁相结合的方法,采用瓶外生根,简化了组培程序,缩短了育苗周期,降低了生产成本。苗木移栽成活率达100%,每年可生产优质无毒草莓苗20×104株。
