研发合作组织管理的模型研究

摘要研发合作组织的成员可以依赖于现代通信与信息技术实现远程的沟通与协调,与Agent的基本特性比较吻合,文章分析了研发合作组织信息系统的成员接口Agent、任务Agent、代理Agent、资源Agent在内的管理模型。
