摘要
冬虫夏草是一种药食两用的珍贵滋补品和中药材。本文对虫草的来源、药理作用、临床应用和化学成分等方面的研究现状进行了综述。
Cordyceps sinensis （Berk.） Sacc., a parasitic fungus, is highly valued as a tonic food and herbal medicine in China for centuries. This article mainly summarized the research and development of the resource, pharmaceutical action, chemical components and clinical application of Cordyceps.
