中国饭店30年--海内外文献回顾与比较

Thirty Years of China's Hospitality Industry——Literature Review and Comparison Both at Home and Abroad

通过对海外三大学术数据库及国内《旅游学刊》的检索,本文对有关中国饭店的中英文论文进行分析、分类。根据研究内容,从战略与发展、市场营销、服务质量和人力资源管理4个方面系统地评述了中国饭店发展30年的历程,反映了海内外学者对中国饭店的关注热点和研究议题。在文献分析的基础上,文章对海内外学术研究进行了对比分析,并对未来研究进行了探讨,以期为国内外相关研究提供借鉴。

The paper makes an analysis and classification of dissertations regarding China＇ s hotel issues in Chinese and English through retrieving topics from three overseas academic databases and one major national journal. A total of 91 referred journal papers were found and grouped into four major themes： strategy and development; marketing; service quality and management of human resources, offering a profile of 30-year development of China＇ s hospitality industry. Based on literature review, the paper conducts a comparative analysis of academic researches both at home and abroad and discusses future study in the hope of providing references for relevant research.
