HPLC法测定吗替麦考酚酯分散片的含量

Determination of mycophenolate mofetil dispersible tablets by HPLC

目的建立以HPLC测定吗替麦考酚酯分散片中吗替麦考酚酯的含量的方法。方法色谱柱为C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水-四氢呋喃-三乙胺-浓磷酸（35：65：2：0．2：0．35），流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长为249nm。结果吗替麦考酚酯的线性范围为100-300Hg·mL^-1（r=1．000），平均回收率为101．4％，RSD为0．5％。结论该方法简便、准确、快速，重复性好。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of mycophenolate mofetil dispersible tablets.METHODS The analytical column was C18 column （4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm） and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-tetrahydrofuran-triethylamine-phosphoric acid（35 ： 65 ： 2 ： 0.2 ： 0.35） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min^-1 .Detected at 249nm by UV-detector. RESULTS The linearity was good for mycophenolate mofetil within the range of 100 - 300μg· mL^- 1 （r = 1.000）, the mean recovery was 101.4 % （ n = 9）, RSD = 0.5 %. CONCLUSION The results showed that the method was simple, precise and rapid.
