高效液相色谱法测定护肝片中五味子乙素的含量

Determination of γ-schisandrin in Hugan tablets by HPLC

目的建立测定护肝片五味子乙素含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法用乙酸乙酯水浴加热回流60min处理样品，再以HPLC作定量分析；色谱条件：Sinochrom C18柱作为色谱柱，以甲醇-水（72：28）为流动相，流速：1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长：254nm。结果五味子乙素色谱峰分别与其它色谱峰分离良好，在10．21-102．10μg·mL^-1范围内线性良好（r=0.9996），平均加样回收率为98.81％，RSD为0．54％。结论本法简便、结果可靠。可以有效地用于护肝片的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for the content determination of γ-schisandrin in Hugan tablets. METHODS The analysis was performed on a SinoChrom ODS2. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（72 ： 28）, and the flow rate was 1.0mL· min^- 1. The detection wavelength was 254nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear（r = 0. 9996）in the range of 10.21- 102.10μg. mL^-1 for γ-schisandrin, The average recovery was 98.81% and RSD was 0.54 %. CONCLUSIONS This method is simple and reliable for the quality control of Hugan tablets.
