摘要
目的建立测定护肝片五味子乙素含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法用乙酸乙酯水浴加热回流60min处理样品,再以HPLC作定量分析;色谱条件:Sinochrom C18柱作为色谱柱,以甲醇-水(72:28)为流动相,流速:1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长:254nm。结果五味子乙素色谱峰分别与其它色谱峰分离良好,在10.21-102.10μg·mL^-1范围内线性良好(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为98.81%,RSD为0.54%。结论本法简便、结果可靠。可以有效地用于护肝片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for the content determination of γ-schisandrin in Hugan tablets. METHODS The analysis was performed on a SinoChrom ODS2. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(72 : 28), and the flow rate was 1.0mL· min^- 1. The detection wavelength was 254nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear(r = 0. 9996)in the range of 10.21- 102.10μg. mL^-1 for γ-schisandrin, The average recovery was 98.81% and RSD was 0.54 %. CONCLUSIONS This method is simple and reliable for the quality control of Hugan tablets.
