摘要 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃癌患者血清中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用ELISA法对52例胃癌患者血清中的VEGF表达进行测定,并与30名健康人VEGF水平对照。结果胃癌患者血清中VEGF水平明显高于正常人(P<0.01);术后VEGF水平明显低于术前(P<0.01);VEGF水平与胃癌肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结受累程度密切相关,随着临床病理分期的上升,VEGF水平亦明显升高。VEGF水平与组织学分化程度及患者的性别等因素无关。结论血清VEGF水平与胃癌的浸润程度密切相关,术前检测血清VEGF水平对预测胃癌的侵袭和转移情况具有重要意义。 Objective To determine the serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) level in patients with gastric carcinoma and to analyze its clinical significance.Methods The levels of serum VEGF were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 52 patients with gastric carcinoma and 30 normal persons as the control group.Results The level of serum VEGF in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that of normal control(P〈0.01).The level of postoperative serum VEGF was significantly lower than preoperative one(P〈0.01).The level of serum VEGF was positively correlated with size of tumor,depth of invasion,lymph-node metastasis.With up-grading of clinical pathological stage,the level of VEGF increased significantly,but its relation to histological type and sex was not significant.Conclusion The level of serum VEGF is closely correlated to invasion of gastric carcinoma. Serum VEGF assay may be used to preoperatively predict invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
