Tc-MDP对类风湿关节炎患者CR1、CIC和RF表达的影响及其临床意义

EFFECT OF Tc-MDP ON THE EXPRESSION OF CR1、CIC AND RF IN THE PATIENTS OF RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

目的探讨锝亚甲基二磷酸盐(Tc-MDP)治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)时,对红细胞膜补体受体-1(CR1)、循环免疫复合物(CIC)和类风湿因子(RF)表达的影响及临床意义。方法将54例RA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组(26例)常规采用非甾体抗炎药物双氯酚酸治疗,治疗组(28例)在服用双氯酚酸的同时静注Tc-MDP(5mg/d)。40d后获取两组静脉抗凝血(3m l),分离出红细胞与血浆。采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)法测定红细胞膜CR1(405nm)和RF(450nm)OD值,通过聚乙二醇(PEG)比浊法测定CIC。结果治疗组CR1的OD值显著高于对照组(P<0.01),CIC和RF水平在治疗组中的降低程度具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论CR1、CIC、RF的联合检测可作为RA疗效检测指标;Tc-MDP对CR1表达低下的自身免疫性疾病有一定治疗作用。

Objective To explore the effect of Technetium Methylenediphonate（TC-MDP）on the expression and clinical significance of the complement receptor1（CR1）,rheumatoid factor（RF） and circulating immune complex（CIC） on the patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods 54 cases of patients with RA were divided into two groups.The experimental group（28 cases） was injected Tc-MDP 5mg/days by vein and received Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel drug（DDE）.The control group（26 cases） was used DDE only.We got erythrocyte and plasma in two groups separately after forty days.The expression of CR1 of erythrocyte membrane and RF were detected by ELISA,CIC by PEG-6000.Results The CR1 group was much higher than that of in control group（P〈0.01）,and the CIC and RF in experimental group were much lower than that of in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The tests of CR1,RF and CIC are available in the treatent of RA and it shows significant effect in using Tc-MDP to treat those autoimmune disease with low expression of CR1.
