摘要
本文介绍用同位素源特征荧光X射线选择吸收法测定纸张灰分的原理、方法及装置。并对14只不同厚度、不同含灰量的纸样作了测定。每只样品测定时间30s。当纸张质量厚度在28—120g/m^2范围时,与重量法相比,灰分测定误差小于±1%,均方根偏差为±0.58%。
The principle method and apparatus for measuring ash content in paper are described. The method is based on the selective absorption of characteristic X-rays emitted by a radioisotope source as they pass through the paper .The measuring time for each sample is 30 seconds. The error comparing with the conventional weight method is less than ±1% and the standard deviation is ±0.58% when the thickness of paper varies in the xange from 28 g/m2 to 120 g/m2.
