An Introduction on Coating Fabric with FLOP Effect

本文介绍一种新的涂层织物。这种织物表面具有福洛勃效应,它在光照下能形成动态的闪闪发光。其涂层以多元聚丙烯酸酯为基质,加入特种微形反射体在涂层中呈多层次水平方向排列并用交联剂内外固着在纤维表面。生产这种织物的工艺简单、周期短、成本低、无公害而且可利用现有的生产设备加工。

The article introduces a new coating fabric with light variation on the surface, i. e. FLOP Effect. The fabric giltters and attracts attention under the light. The coating of this fabric is based on polybasic polyacrylate, together with special micro reflectors showing multilevel horizontal arrangement in coating. The coating is fixed on the fibre surface with cross linking agent. The production process of such fabric is simple with low cost and short cycle and no environmental pollution. And the fbric can be produced on the existing equipment.
