摘要 目的:建立一种程序升温毛细管气质联用法快速测定食品中12种有机氯农药的测定方法。方法:样品用二氯甲烷萃取,无水硫酸钠脱水,气质联用法检测。结果:方法简便、高效、快速、准确、灵敏度高。加标回收率95.3%-105.7%。结论:本法测定食品中12种有机氯农药,其检测结果均能符合食品卫生标准所规定的相关要求。 Objective:To establish a rapid determination of 12 organochlorine pesticides in food by programmed temperature capillary GC-MSD.Methods:Samples were extracted by methylene chloride,dehydrated by anhydrous sodium sulfate and determinated by GC-MSD.Results:The method was simple,efficient,rapid,accurate and sensitive.The recoveries fell within the range of 95.3%-105.7%.Conclusion:The results of method for determination of 12 organochlorine pesticides,are accepted with correlative request of Food Hygiene Standard.
