摘要 目的:为尿中百草枯的测定研究一种简单可靠的测定方法,从而为临床诊断与治疗提供依据。方法:于尿样中加入固体碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠调pH,慢速定量滤纸过滤,加入连二亚硫酸钠显色,于396 nm比色测定。结果:百草枯在0-4.0μg/ml呈良好线性,相关系数为0.9991,回归直线方程Y=0.15408X-0.00267。最低检出限为0.15μg/ml。高中低浓度的百草枯溶液精密度分别为5.2%、2.1%、4.5%,回收率96.5%-103.0%。结论:此方法操作简便,灵敏度较高,完全能满足尿中百草枯检测的需要。 Objective:It is a reliable and exact method to analyze and study the paraquat in urine.Methods:Take Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 to the urine to make pH〉9,and be filtered with film,take Na2S2O4,and with spectrometry to detect in 396 nm.Results:It has a good linearity when the contents of paraquat in 0-4 μg/ml,and the relevant coefficient are 0.9991.The limits of detection were 0.15 μg/ml.The variable coefficients are 5.2%,2.1%,4.5%,with average recovery rate between 98.8%-101.5% at different spiking level.Conclusion:It is proved that this method is simple and fast and with high sensitivity.And it can meet the need of detection paraquat in urine entirely.
