摘要
目的:氢化物原子荧光光度法测定饲料添加剂中的砷。方法:AFS-230E原子荧光光度法。结果:砷的检测线性范围为0-40μg/L,相关系数r=0.9996,检出限为0.087μg/L,线性方程Y=135.37X-20.23,相对标准偏差为1.99%-3.91%,回收率为97.5%-101.5%。结论:该方法进样体积小,灵敏度高,有效降低样品基体干扰。
Objective:To establish a method for detection of total arsenic in fodder additive.Methods:Determination of total arsenic in fodder additive by AFS-230E hydride generator atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results:The detection limit was 0.087 ng/ml for total arsenic.The linear calibration curve was within the range of 0-40 ng/ml with the correlative coefficient was 0.9996.The RSD for total arsenic at 0.411 mg/kg(ZnO),0.617 mg/kg(FeSO4),and 0.259 mg/kg(Na2SeO3) was 1.99%,3.91% and 3.42%,respectively.The recovery rate of spiking standard for total arsenic was in the range of 97.5%~101.5%,respectively.Conclusion:This method is featured by easy operation and higher precision,accuracy and sensitivity and low detection limit.
