摘要
目的:建立同时测定玻璃食具中铅、镉、锑和砷溶出量的新方法。方法:应用水平观测ICP-AES法同时测定样品在4%乙酸中铅、镉、锑和砷溶出量。结果:优化了仪器工作参数。铅、镉、锑和砷的检出限分别为0.008,0.0009,0.014和0.020 mg/L;定量下限分别为0.026,0.0030,0.046和0.066 mg/L;回收率为97.2%-103.6%;相对标准偏差为0.94%-1.87%(n=8)。结论:本法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于进出口玻璃食具中铅、镉、锑和砷溶出量的快速测定。
Objietive:To establish a new method for the simultaneous determination of the release of Pb,Cd,Sb and As from glass food containers.Methods:A method for the simultaneous determination of the release of Pb,Cd,Sb and As from glass food containers by Axial view ICP-AES was developed.Results:The working parameters were discussed and optimized.The detection limits were 0.008 mg/L for Pb,0.0009 mg/L for Cd,0.014 mg/L for Sb,0.020 mg/L for As.The LOQ was 0.026 mg/L for Pb,0.0030 mg/L for Cd,0.046 mg/L for Sb,0.066 mg/L for As.The recovery was in the range of 97.2%~103.6%.The RSD was 0.94%~1.87%(n=8).Conclusion:The method is simple,quick,accurate and sensitive.It is feasible for determination of the release of Pb,Cd,Sb and As from importing and exporting glass food containers.
