高效液相色谱法测定王浆鹿茸口服液中10-HAD含量

摘要 目的:建立王浆鹿茸口服液中10-HAD含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:样品经简便方法处理后,利用C18柱分离,反相高效液相色谱法紫外检测器210 nm波长检测。结果:方法的回收率在95.8%-98.1%之间;方法的精密度(RSD)在94.1%-98.2%之间;最低检出浓度为0.11μg/ml。结论:方法操作简便,灵敏准确,可用于王浆鹿茸口服液中10-HAD的测定。 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid in royal jelly-pilous antler oral by HPLC.Methods:After being trated simply,the sample was determined by HPLC with C18 column.Results:The lowest detection concentration was 0.11 μg/ml.The linear equation was good between 0-50 μg/ml,r=0.9995.The average recovery was 97.0%.Conclusion:The meshod is simple,sensitive and suitable for detection of 10-HAD in royal jelly-pilous antler oral.
