2006~2007年宁波市桶装饮用水卫生细菌检测及分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:了解宁波市桶装饮用水指标合格率,分析其饮用安全性。方法:按国家标准方法对桶装饮用水进行菌落总数、大肠菌群、霉菌和酵母菌计数测定;部分样品临近保质期时进行再测试。结果:143份桶装饮用水合格率为79.02%,超标以菌落总数和霉菌、酵母菌为主,到保质期再测试时合格率降至55.24%,两者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:地产桶装饮用水合格率较低,临近保质期合格率更低,2007年地产桶装饮用水的合格率高于2006年,说明生产企业对桶装饮用水卫生质量重要性有明显提高。但本市桶装饮用水在生产等环节上存在对细菌、霉菌处理不当或再污染问题,卫生质量不乐观,应引起有关部门和厂家的高度重视,加强监督与管理,同时提请市民购水后应及时饮用。 Objectives:To study the index qualified rate of barreled drinking water and analyze its security.Methods:Aerobic bacterial count,coliform bacteria,molds and yeasts count were measured according to the national standards.Some samples were re-measured when drawing near expiration date.Results:The qualified rate of 143 samples of barreled drinking water was 79.02%.Excessive standards were mainly caused by Aerobic bacterial count and molds and yeasts count.The qualified rate lowered to 55.24% when measured at near expiration date(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Low qualified rate is found for local barreled drinking water and even lower when at near expiration date.The qualified rate in 2007 was higher than in 2006,which showed that manufactories paid more attention on the hygiene quality of barreled drinking water.There were bacterial and mold contaminations during manufacturing process,which caused deteriorated hygienic conditions.Management offices and manufactories should reinforce supervision to regard this factor.The barreled drinking water should be consumed before expiration date.
