摘要 目的:了解福建九龙江水中细菌的种类及分布情况。方法:用采样器采集九龙江10个不同地方的水样,经增菌培养和细菌分离,进行细菌学鉴定。结果:从江水中分离出细菌263株,其中肠杆菌科细菌152株(57.8%),弧菌科细菌40株(15.2%),非发酵菌30株(11.4%),芽胞杆菌属21株(8.0%),革兰阳性球菌20株(7.6%)。结论:九龙江水中细菌分布情况调查对于该水域细菌感染的防治具有重要意义。 Objective:To investigate the species and distribution of bacteria in Jiulongjiang river water of Fujian.Methods:The water specimens were collected from ten different water area in Jiulongjiang river and cultured,isolated and identified.Results:Among 263 strains bacteria isolated from the water specimens,152 strains(57.8%) were Enterobacteriaceae,40 strains(15.2%) were Vibrionaceae,30 strains(11.4%) were Nonfermenters,20 strains(7.6%) were Gram Positive Coccus and 21 strains(8.0%) were Bacillus.Conclusion:This investigation will be of important significance for prevention and cure of bacteria infection in Jiulongjiang river water.
