摘要
本文报道用单阳极丝式流气正比计数器为主组成的深度灵敏内转换电子穆斯堡尔谱仪,通过记录不同能量的内转换电子的穆斯堡尔谱实现深度选择。从对不锈钢表面真空喷镀50nm α-Fe样品的测量表明,在0.9—2.5、3—8、6、8—7.5和11—16keV等能区内的穆斯堡尔谱中,α-Fe谱面积和不锈钢谱面积之比有极明显的差别,说明它们代表了样品表层不同深度的信息。此类谱仪具有高的几何效率、可同时获取几个深度信息以及简单易行的优点。
A depth sensitive conversion electron Mossbauer spectrometer based on a gas-flow proportional counter with single anode wire was presented. The depth selection was made by recording the conversion electron Mossbauer spectra in different energy regions. From the measurement for a stainless steel surface on which a 50nm a-Fe layer was vacuum-evaporated it was observed that the a-Fe to stainless steel areal ratio was obviously different in the Mossbauer spectra for the energy range of 0.9-2.5,3-8,6.8-7.5 and 11-16 keV respectively. This implies that these spectra represent the information from the different depths of sample surface. This type of spectrometer has the advantages of simplicity, high gecmetrical efficiency and simultaneous acquisition of information from several different depths.
