中国对日俄劳务合作中存在的问题与对策

The Problems and Solutions Concerning China's Export of Labor Service to Japan and Russia

近年来,随着中日、中俄经贸关系的进一步发展,我国对日本和俄罗斯劳动力输出处于上升趋势,然而由于各种因素的存在产生了一系列不和谐的矛盾和问题。笔者在中国对日本与俄罗斯劳务合作中存在问题进行剖析的基础上,提出具有较强针对性和可操作性的应对之策。

In recent years, China＇s export of labor force to Japan and Russia is increasing with the further trade development between Sino- Japan and Sino- Russia. However, some problems of inharmonious contradiction appeared because of various elements. This essay elaborates some practical solutions according to the analysis of the problems in regard to China＇ s labor service export from China to the two countries.
