摘要
苯丙烷次生代谢途径通过合成木质素、类黄酮等多种次生物质而影响植物的许多重要性状。细胞色素P450超家族参与苯丙烷途径的至少16种关键酶反应。从蛋白特征、功能、编码基因、表达调控等角度,综述了公共苯丙烷和主要分支途径中的细胞色素P450,如肉桂酸-4-羟化酶、类黄酮-3’-羟化酶、类黄酮-3’5’-羟化酶、阿魏酸5-羟化酶等。
Phenylpropanoid secondary metabolic pathway influenced many iroportant botanic traits through synthesizing a large number of secondary metabolites such as lignins, flavonoids, etc. The Cytochrome P450 superfamily participated in at least 16 key enzyme reactions in phenylpropanoid pathway. In the view of protein specificity, function, coding gene, expression and regulation, P450s of common phenylpropanoid and its major branch pathways, such as cinnamate-4-hydroxylase, flavonoid 3'-hydroxylase, flavonoid-3' 5'-hydroxylase and fendate 5-hydroxylase were summarized.
