HPLC determination of forsythin in Jinlian oral liquid

目的:建市金莲口服液中连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用 HPLC 法,使用 Alltech C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-水(21:79)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为277 nm。结果:连翘苷进样量在0.594～2.97μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999,n:5),平均回收率(n=5)为97.4%。结论:本方法操作简便、可靠,重现性好,专属性强,可作为金莲口服液的内在质量控制方法。

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determination of forsythin in Jinlian oral liquid. Method： The chromatographic column was Alltech C18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）column, a mixture of acetonitrile and water （21：79） was used as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1, UV detection wavelength was 277 nm. Results： Forsythin at the quality of 0. 594 -2.97 μg showed good linearity,the average recovery（ n = 5 ）was 97.4%. Conclusion：This methods is fast, reliable and accurate to examine and may be as one of index used to judge the quality of Jinlian oral liquid.
