补饲不同剂量黄芪对家兔分类白细胞的影响

Effect of Feeding Radix Astragal on Leukocyte in Rabbit's Blood

[目的]了解黄芪对动物机体血液生理的影响。[方法]将32只本地健康杂交家兔,随机分成4组,1、2、3组为试验组,4组为对照组,依次在各组基础日粮中分别添加102、03、00、g黄芪粉,研究黄芪对家兔外周血液中白细胞影响情况。[结果]血液中的淋巴细胞除3组与4组差异不显著(P>0.05)外,其他各组间存在显著性差异,1组与2、3、4组差异显著(P<0.05);2组与3、4组差异极显著(P<0.01)。单核细胞除1组与23、组差异不显著(P>0.05)外,其他各组间差异极显著(P<0.01)。嗜中性粒细胞1组与2组差异显著(P<0.05),1组与3、4组差异极显著(P<0.01);2组与3、4组差异极显著(P<0.01);3组与4组差异不显著(P>0.05)。血液中的嗜酸性粒细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]家兔补饲黄芪粉后各类白细胞百分含量与对照组相比均有不同程度的变化,其中以添加20 g黄芪粉对增加家兔免疫能力及抗病力效果较好。

[Objective]The research aimed to study the influence of the Radix astragali on the animal organism blood physiology.[Method]32 healthy hybrided rabbits were randomly divided into test group 1,test group 2,test group 3,control group 4.Radix astragali powder was mixed in the diets by 10 g,20 g,30 g,0 g in four different dosage separately.Leukocyte in peripheral blood of rabbit was studied.[Result]Lymphocytes of group 1 had different significantly（P〈0.05）than group 2,3,4 and group 3 was not different significantly（P〉0.05）than group 4.Monocytes of each group had remarkable different significantly（P〈0.01）,but group 1 was not different significantly（P〉0.05）than group 2,3.Neut rophils of Group 1 had different significantly（P〈0.05）than group 2,group 1 had remarkable different（P〈0.01）than group 3,4,and group 2 had remarkable different （P〈0.01）than group 3,4,and group 3 were not different significantly（P〉0.05） than group 4.Each group was not different significantly（P〉0.05）on eosinophils and basophils.[Conclusion]Each kind of leukocyte percentage in rabbit＇s blood had the varying degree change after being fed the Radix astragali powder.And the effect of adding 20 g Radix astragali powder on the domestic rabbit immunity ability and the resistance to disease effect was better.
