γ-氨基丁酸的急性毒性和蓄积毒性的研究

Study on the Acute Toxicity and Accumulative Toxicity of γ-aminobutyric Acid

为评价γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的安全性,进行了GABA的急性毒性和蓄积毒性研究。结果表明:采用改良寇氏法测得GABA对小鼠的经口LD50为15.55 g/kg,采用剂量递增法测得GABA对小鼠的蓄积系数K>5。GABA属实际无毒物质,无蓄积毒性作用。

In order to evaluate the security of γ-aminobutyric acid（GABA）,the acute toxicity and accumulative toxicity of GABA were studied.The results showed that LD50 of GABA to mice was determined as 15.55 g/kg by modified Karber method.The accumulative coefficient（K） of GABA to mice determined by incremental dose method was more than 5.GABA belonged to the nontoxic substance actually and it had no accumulative toxicity action.
