水柏枝和草红花对黄瓜白粉病防治效应的研究

Study on the Control Effect of Myricaria laxiflora and Carthamus tinctorius against Cucumber Powdery Mildew

[目的]探讨藏药材对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果。[方法]以农药DDV为对照,研究水柏枝(Myricaria laxiflora)和草红花(Flos carthami)的乙醇、水提取液及其与DDV混合使用对黄瓜白粉病的预防与治疗效果。[结果]水柏枝的乙醇、水提取液分别比草红花的乙醇、水提取液的预防和治疗效果好。喷药3、6 d后,各处理的预防效果比治疗效果好得多;喷药9 d后,各处理的预防和治疗效果相差不大。水柏枝乙醇提取液及其与DDV混合使用对黄瓜白粉病的预防效果优于对照。水柏枝的乙醇、水提取液对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果在施药6 d后最好,施药9 d后的治疗和预防的效果均明显下降。[结论]水柏枝乙醇提取液和DDV混合使用对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果最佳。

[Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss the control effect of Tibetan medicinal material on cucumber powdery mildew.[Method] With pesticide DDV as CK,the prevention and control effects of the extracts from Myricaria laxiflora and Carthamus tinctorius by ethanol and water and their mixed use with DDV were studied.[Result] The prevention and control effects of the extracts from M.laxiflora by ethanol and water were better than that from C.tinctorius.When the medicine was sprayed 3 and 6 d later,the prevention effect of each treatment was much better than the control effect.When the medicine was sprayed 9 days later,the prevention effect ad the control effect of each treatment had no great difference.The prevention effects of the extract from M.laxiflora by ethanol and its mixed use with DDV on cucumber powdery mildew were better than that of CK.The control effects of the extract from M.laxiflora by ethanol and water on cucumber powdery mildew was best when the medicine was used 6 days later and the control and prevention effects were obviously decreased when the medicine was used 9 days later.[Conclusion] The combined use of the extract from M.laxiflora by ethanol with DDV had the best control effect on cucumber powdery mildew.
