四川和谐村镇建设:经验借鉴和基本选择

Experience Reference and Basic Choices in the Construction of Harmonious Villages in Sichuan Province

结合广东沿海省市的经验和四川省省情,提出四川和谐村镇建设要实现"六突破六创新";基本经验是必须依靠乡镇经济的发展;基本选择是将区域经济发展从市县域下沉到乡镇域。

Combining with the experiences of the coastal cities of Guangdong province and the the situation of Sichuan province,it was put forward that ＂six breakthroughs and six innovations＂ should be realized in the construction of harmonious villages.The basic experience was that it must be depended on the development of rural economy.The basic choice was that the regional economic development in cities（counties） should go down to villages.
