摘要
通过斜Y型坡口试验以及焊接热模拟试验研究了12%Cr铁素体不锈钢TCS的焊接性,并对不同热输入条件下的TCS不锈钢焊接接头热影响区宽度的影响进行研究,得出随着热输入的增加,焊接热影响粗晶区随之增加,而细晶区宽度则影响不显著。通过光镜以及扫描电镜的分析指出,热影响区一定比例的马氏体含量以及分布在铁素体晶界上的弥散析出碳氮化物可以改善TCS不锈钢焊接热影响区的韧度。
Weldability of 12% Chromium ferritic stainless steel is studied by Y-groove cracking test and welding thermal simulation experiment.The effect of different heat input on width of heat affected zone in TCS stainless steel is obtained.The width of CGHAZ will be increased as increasing heat input,but it has few effect on width of FGHAZ.HAZ impact toughness can be improved by controlling martisite content and precipitated phase in HAZ.
