摘要
简要地介绍热塑性淀粉（TS）的研究动态，重点介绍热塑性淀粉的加工原理、加工设备、热塑性淀粉的结构和性能，讨论热塑性淀粉的品种和其相应的应用领域、热塑性淀粉开发中存在的问题和应用前景。
The development of thermoplastic starch in the world was simply reviewed,and the attention was payed to processing mechanism,properties and structure of thermoplastic starch,and the problems that are under research.Varieties of thermoplastic starches and their application,the defects in the materials that hinder their use,as well as the bright prospects of the thermoplastic starch were also introduced.
