摘要 测定了粳稻品种丙8979与C堡杂交组合的P1、P2及其重组自交系350个株系种子劣变后的相对发芽率、相对发芽势和相对发芽指数,运用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型,对水稻种子的3个抗老化性状进行了遗传分析。结果表明,相对发芽率、相对发芽势、相对发芽指数均受2对加性-上位性主基因+加性?上位性多基因控制,且2对主基因的加性效应大于上位性效应。3性状均是主基因遗传率大于多基因遗传率。 Relative germination percentage, relative germination rate, and relative germination index were studied using P1, P2, and 350 lines of a R1L population from the japonica rice (Oryza sativa L. japonica) cross of Bing 8979/C Bao. By means of mixed major gene plus polygene inheritance models, genetic analysis showed that relative germination percentage, relative germination rate, and relative germination index were controlled by two major genes plus polygenes. Both major genes and polygenes showed additive-epistatic effects. The additive effects were larger than epistatic effects in the two major genes. The heritability of major genes was larger than that of polygenes in all the three traits, indicating that the three traits investigated in the present study were mainly governed by major genes.
