有限接触动力加压接骨板治疗长骨干骨折 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察有限接触动力加压接骨板(Limited contact dynamic compression plate,LC-DCP)治疗长骨干骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性研究我院2005年8月~2007年9月收治的LC-DCP内固定的长骨干骨折30例(32处骨折),其中新鲜骨折25例,陈旧性骨折5例;开放性骨折2例。采用瑞士AO组织的有限接触动力加压接骨板治疗。结果30例均获得随访(5~26个月),全部病例均在随访期达到正常的骨性愈合,平均骨折愈合时间为11.5周,无感染、内固定松动及断裂病例发生。结论有限接触动力加压接骨板治疗长骨干骨折,其操作简单,固定可靠,稳定性强,有利于骨折愈合,术后并发症少。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of the limited contact dynamic compression plate in treating long bone shaft fractures.Methods From Aug.2005 to Sep.2007,32 long bone shaft fractures were treated with the LC-DCP,including 25 new fractures and 5 old fractures.Results All of 30 patients were followed up for 5-26 months postoperatively.All fractures healed within the period of follow-up without looseness of internal fixators or infection at fracture sites.The average healing time was 11.5 weeks.Conclusion The LC-DCP fixation is not only a simple and reliable procedure to treat long bone shaft fractures but also can get satisfactory effects and lower complications.
