舱室内颅脑爆炸伤早期血浆S100B蛋白及脑水肿的变化及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察舱室内大鼠颅脑爆炸伤早期血浆S-100B蛋白含量的变化及其意义。方法采用自制舱室内大鼠颅脑爆炸伤模型,于伤后1、3、6、12、24、72小时取血,运用双抗体夹心法(ELISA法)检测S-100B蛋白含量,取脑组织测含水量并观察伤后病理变化。结果伤后S-100B蛋白随时间延长而逐渐增高,24小时达高峰,72小时仍高于正常;脑含水量随时间延长而逐渐增加,6小时达高峰,之后逐渐下降,24小时内仍高于正常,72小时接近正常。结论舱室内颅脑爆炸伤模型稳定可靠,早期检测血S-100B蛋白有助判断舱室内颅脑爆炸伤。 Objective To investigate the expression of S-100B in brain injury of blast wave in cabin in rats.Methods Based on the model of brain injury of blast wave in cabin,the blood samples were obtained at 1h,3h,6h,12h,24h,72h after injury.The samples were studied by ELISA.Brain tissues were analyzed by wet-dry weight measurements and the microscope.Results The brain edema and S-100B kept increasing with the prolongation of injury time,reached the maximum level at 6h and 24h respectively after injury.Conclusion The model of brain injury of blast wave in cabin is stable and early detection of blood S-100B helps to judge the brain injury.
