Fracture of distal radius is common in clinical practice,How practice to treat the distal radial fracture effectively is vital.This review summarizes the anatomy,classifications,reduction standards and treatment principles of distal radial fracture,and summarizes current treatment methods,including closed reduction and external fixation,percutaneous internal fixation,external fixation,open reduction and internal fixation,wrist joint arthroscopy and bone grafting,and these complications.It is significant to the clinical work.
