摘要 目的:探讨MR T2-mapping成像对诊断早期膝关节关节软骨损伤的应用价值。方法:对照组10例,病例组20例,运用T2-mapping成像分别测量对照组关节软骨的T2值和病例组相对应于半月板撕裂处关节软骨的T2值,并进行统计学分析。结果:20例患者半月板撕裂中17例关节软骨表面T2值范围46.3~62.3ms,平均53.36±5.06ms;对照组关节软骨表面T2值范围37.6-43.8ms,平均41.18±1.66ms。病例组与对照组关节软骨表面T2值有差异且具显著性统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:T2-mapping成像能发现没有形态学改变的损伤性关节软骨组织成分的改变,对诊断早期膝关节软骨损伤有很高的临床参考价值。 Objective: To explore the value of MR T2-mapping in early articular cartilage injury of knee. Methods: 30 cases were divided into 2 groups: case group (n= 20) with meniscus tear and control group (n= 10). T2 value were measured respectively by T2-mapping imaging in comtroes and case group in articular cartilage corresponding meniscus tear. Statistical differences were analyzed. Results: T2 value of surface of articular cartilage were 46.3 - 62.3 ms in case group, with an average of 53.36 ± 5.06 ms;T2 value of surface of articular cartilage were 37.6-43.8 ms in control group, with an average of 41.18 ± 1.66 ms. There was a significant difference in T2 value between case group and control group. Conclusion:T2-mapping imaging can indicate component abnormality in early articular cartilage injury without morphology change, and has a high clinical value in the diagnosis of early knee articular cartilage injury.
