摘要 由于细胞膜的天然屏障作用,使得许多生物活性分子难以进入细胞发挥作用,这使人们在分子水平上诊治疾病受到了很大的限制。穿膜肽是1988年新发现蛋白转导肽,它可以高效地穿透细胞膜,并且在不依赖受体、能量、温度情况下可携带多种活性物质进入各种细胞。本文就穿膜肽的特点,在功能上转运蛋白、抗体、脂质体、基因以及作为分子成像新途径能结合荧光素,磁共振对比剂等进行细胞内显影作一个综述介绍。 It limits the diagnosis and treatment of diseases on molecular level since many biologically active eompeunds could not be delivered into cells to exert their function because of the nature barrier function of cytoplasmic membrane. Cell-penetrating peptide (CPP) has been discovered since 1988. It not only penetrates cell membrane efficiently, but can deliver many kinds of active material into nearly all cell lines regardless of the receiver, energy, and temperature status. This paper reviews the characteristic of CCP and its function of delivery of proteins, antibodies, DNA, lipasomes, fluoreseein and imaging contrast agents in molecular imaging within cells.
