美国大学教师的学术职业化过程及其意义 被引量:6

摘要 本文借用社会学对职业化的研究成果,从职业化过程的主要特征分析了美国大学教师的职业化过程。认为,美国大学教师的职业化经过了重视科学研究方法、有意识地进行专业高深知识建设、注重教师的专业意识培养,成立专业协会等四个阶段。大学教师的职业化过程,促进了美国大学对科学研究方法的重视、学科的发展,以合理流动的形式提高了大学教师的整体质量,也形成和发展了教师的职业亚文化。
