摘要
目的:研究嗜酸乳杆菌在短肽EN液中的存活力。方法:将5%嗜酸乳杆菌菌悬液加入12%短肽EN液中,置于37℃厌氧培养箱中培养,分别在0、4、8、12、14、16、20和24 h时间点取样进行活菌计数、吸光度值(A600)、酸度和pH值测定。结果:在短肽EN液中接种嗜酸乳杆菌后,活菌数在培养0-16 h间呈上升趋势。14 h活菌数即达2.1×10^8cfu/mL以上;16 h活菌含量达到最高峰,为9.6×10^9cfu/mL,之后呈下降趋势。A600随培养时间的延长而增加,在培养0-16 h间,A600增加较快,16 h后增长缓慢。酸度随培养时间的延长而增加,pH值随培养时间的延长而下降。在培养0-14 h间,pH值下降较快,14 h后下降缓慢。结论:嗜酸乳杆菌能在12%的短肽EN液中较好地存活,发酵时间应控制在14-16 h期间。
Objective: To observe the survivability of LactobaciUus acidophilus in short peptide enteral nutrition liquid. Methods: 5% fermentative medium of LactobaciUus acidophilus was added in 12% short peptide enteral nutrition liquid. The preparations were cultured at 37℃ anaerobic condition. Samples were taken from culture at 0,4,8,12,14,16,20,24 h during fermention. The living bacteria counts, A600, acidity and pH values were examined respectively. Results: The number of Lactobacillus acidophilus increased at 0 to 16 h. A600 ascended during the time. Acidity ascended with time. Conclusion: The present study demonstrated that Lactobacillus acidophilus had better survivability in 12% short peptide enteral nutrition liquid, and the terminal time should be controlled during 12 - 14h.
